Rajkishore is an entrepreneur, having extensive senior management experience with visionary leadership and business acumen. He has proven abilities to develop and deploy a long term strategic vision, establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and business partners, and build strong talented teams.

Prior to starting his entrepreneurial career, Rajkishore has been an SAP Solution Expert with more than 15 years of global experience across a wide variety of industries. He has been working in the role of a Senior Architect for over twelve full-life cycle SAP implementations, specializing in Portfolio/Project Management and Financial Supply Chain Management. He has presented at previous ASUG events including national meetings and forums on various PLM topics.

He has an MBA in International Business and Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Arun manages the operations of GyanSys Asia and is responsible for both customer acquisition and service delivery. He is based out of Bangalore and also manages GyanSys’ Global Development Center with focus on delivering innovative, high quality, game changing software services and in growing the high performance India team.

Arun brings with him more than 18 years of global enterprise consulting and cross-industry experience. He has built and managed teams to deliver a wide range of Enterprise applications for companies such as Dell, Cisco, Cadence, Citibank and Satyam working from US and India. He specializes in IT Strategy and in using IT to drive Business Innovation and Transformation. He has spoken at various User Conferences, Seminars and Expos on technology trends, accelerating transformation and building successful global teams.

He has an MBA in International Business and Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering.

Chuck Stahl is Chief Operating Officer, US Operations. He has been in the information technology field for 28 years (11 industry, 17 consulting) and has been working in SAP consulting since 1995, having consulted and developed his own companies since 1995. He started, directed and developed a major SAP implementation partner and reseller (itelligence inc.) in North America from startup to $33M in revenues in 6 years.  After starting and selling a second company, most recently he was the SAP Business Development Director at Atos International where he was responsible for the SAP relationship and business development for North America with a sole focus on pipeline generation.

He has spoken on numerous occasions at SAPPHIRE on various topics.  He had spent his initial career in IT at Procter & Gamble and then left in 1995 to become an entrepreneur.  His companies ranged in size from 30 people to over 200 people.   He has spent the majority of his time focusing on company development and accelerating growth.   His is a seasoned executive within the SAP consulting community.

His responsibilities include an initial focus on customer acquisition, pipeline generation and recruiting.  He specializes in Company development and ERP selections.

He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Systems Analysis at Miami University with a minor in Math. 

Sriram M. Ruthala is a GRC/Security Practice - Vice President with total responsibility of SAP Security & GRC practice globally in GyanSys. He was a Principle GRC Consultant before he left SAP America in 2011 to assist GyanSys in setting up a focused SAP GRC practice. He holds the responsibility to grow GyanSys’ GRC practice providing leadership, managing the top and bottom lines along with responsibility for marketing, sales, innovation and delivery of GRC services for reputable customers of SAP worldwide.

Sriram is not only an executive and practicing consultant but a hands-on developer since his earliest days with Virsa Systems, where he was responsible for Compliance product(s) development before it was acquired by SAP. He was leading SAP GRC Access Controls design during his time with SAP America and his skills cross functional and technical domains as well as SAP and non-SAP. He has worked with SAP's development team in Walldorf and Palo Alto on numerous occasions in support of applications and initiatives in the SAP GRC space. He has extensive project experience in implementing complicated global solutions for Fortune 100 in Access and Process Control along with the Compliance and has participated at various SAP forums and conferences. He has more than 20 GRC projects’ experience handling 6 plus ramp up implementation projects in for some of the major SAP customers. Sriram has approved patents and few pending for some of the GRC applications.
 
He was SAP logistics expert for a decade prior to GRC and Sriram holds an engineering degree from Warangal, India.
 

John Hoover is PLM/PPM - Practice Director at GyanSys, manages the delivery of GyanSys Global PLM and PPM practices and is responsible for both customer service delivery and internal practice growth. He is based out of Indianapolis and also manages the high performance PLM/PPM team of 15+ consultants and architects. John brings with him more than 20 years of global PMO expertise and cross-industry experience. He has built and managed PMO teams in both engineering new product development and information technology areas for companies such as Avnet, Novellus, Stanley Black & Decker, Hunter Douglas and Allison Transmissions. He specializes in PMO, Strategy and in using SAP PPM & Microsoft Project Server to drive Business Portfolio Prioritization, Financial and Capacity Planning. He has spoken at various User Conferences, Seminars and Expos on technology trends in IT, Project Management and Portfolio efficiencies.

He has a B.S in IT, a PMI PMP and SAP ASAP Certified consultant. 

Neeraj Sahu is Vice President–Sales at GyanSys, responsible for GyanSys Sales and Marketing. Neeraj has over 15 years experience in IT services and in leading strategic accounts for growth and building client relationships. He joined GyanSys management team in 2011. Prior to joining GyanSys, he held key relationship management positions with Infosys Technologies and has combined experience in the management of technology based projects and sales of strategic business and IT solutions leveraging Global Delivery Model. 

Prior to taking a position in relationship management, he managed large outsourcing programs with Global 500 companies like Bank of America, Aetna and Verizon. Prior to Infosys he has was operations engineer in prestigious BARC and was responsible for operations of a power plant. Neeraj earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and received an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Adrian Jagow is the Senior Director, handling Sales and Account Management of  marquee customers who have deployed SAP Enterprise Applications and is responsible for all strategic accounts in Mid-West region of USA. He has over 19 years of Enterprise Solution Sales experience.

Adrian has led teams of Field, Inside and Channel Sales calling on Fortune 500 to SMB accounts. Prior to joining GyanSys in 2009, he spent a large part of his career with GE Capital Technology Management Services and in IBM’s Channel Business.

Adrian earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Automated Manufacturing and Business Management. He is very active in Social Programs involving Childhood Development through Academics and Athletics.

Rakesh Kumar Singh is the Senior Director, handling Sales and Account Management of marquee customers who have deployed SAP Enterprise Applications and is responsible for all strategic accounts in East coast region of USA.

Rakesh has more than 11+ years of experience in designing SAP solutions and all the aspects related to Information Technology of large enterprises. He has led multiple projects across various domains involving clients spanning across US, Europe and Asia.

He has been extensively involved with managing diverse projects, competency building and business development activities. His involvement in multiple roll-outs, production support engagements and implementation projects brings in a lot of expertise in domain of Enterprise Application.

Prior to GyanSys, he has worked with EnterpriseOne Consulting Services, Intelligroup Inc. and iGate Global Solutions. Rakesh is a Certified Project Management Professional along with certifications in technical stack of SAP. He holds engineering degree from NIT Warangal, India and MBA degree from IE Business School, Spain.

Anurag Barua is Senior Director and leads our Global Analytics and EPM practice. He will be responsible for overseeing all active engagements in BW, BO, HANA and BPC areas, providing architectural guidance, QA Review as well as supporting several pre-sales initiatives.
 

He brings with him an impressive 20 years of experience straddling the entire gamut of IT roles and responsibilities. He has nearly 15 years of SAP implementation and management experience, having led teams for the design and rollout of SAP solutions and modules at multiple client sites on a global scale & across multiple industry verticals. This includes nearly 12 years of experience in the SAP Business Intelligence space. He has been extensively involved in helping large clients in establishing their strategic BI initiatives, roadmaps, data governance and management framework, implementing SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Business Objects, SAP HANA, and Enterprise Information Management (EIM) solutions and applications.
 

He has held senior leadership positions at Ernst & Young, The Washington Post, and AES Corp., and as an ex-employee of SAP Public Sector, has contributed significantly to the growth of the US Federal Government practice in the Washington, DC area. He is a recognized thought leader in the SAP space. An additional feather in his cap would be the 2 SAP books that he has published alongside 90 articles and white papers on a variety of SAP-related topics.
 

He has a B.S. in Computer Science, an MBA in Finance, and is a PMI-certified PMP.

Rob Duncan is the Senior Director, Marketing & Sales and will be responsible for all the strategic accounts in the Texas region with a primary focus on large project implementation and expanding the GyanSys SAP footprint. 

Rob brings with him over 25 years of experience in the business and technology industries. He has extensive knowledge of the functioning of the Upstream & Downstream operations in the Oil & Gas industry as well as a keen understanding of the Retail, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Utilities industries, due to prior involvement in building businesses in all these verticals. Additionally, Rob has significant expertise in national and international sales and management in upstream Oil & Gas vertical.

After starting his career at Exxon and spending 10 years selling industrial products, managing fuel operations and overseeing global markets for specialty chemical products, he entered the IT industry working in sales and sales management for Oracle, SAP and Atos. 

Rob earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
